يتم توصيل الطلب خلال مدة تتراوح من يومين إلى خمسة أيام عمل، وذلك حسب المحافظة الخاصة بك.
• رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.
• في حالة الاستبدال، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن.
• في حال عدم استلام الطلب، يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن، إلا في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج عند الاستلام.
