RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Return Conditions:

• Returns or exchanges must be made within 3 days from the date of receipt.

• The product must be unused.

• The product must be unwashed.

• The product must be in its original condition.

• The product must include the original tag.

❌ Returns are not accepted in the following cases:

• Sale items (discounted products).

• Accessories (if applicable).

• Products that have been misused or damaged after receipt.

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.

• In case of a price difference:

• The difference must be paid, or

• The difference will be refunded, depending on the situation.
