RETURN&EXCHANGE POLICY

:شروط الاسترجاع
• يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مغسول.
• يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية.
• يجب أن يحتوي المنتج على التاج (العلامة الأصلية).

❌ لا يُقبل الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:
• المنتجات المخفضة (عروض / Sale).
• الإكسسوارات (إن وجدت).
• المنتجات التي تعرضت لسوء استخدام أو تلف بعد الاستلام.

:سياسة الاستبدال
• يُسمح بالاستبدال مرة واحدة فقط لكل طلب.
•في حالة وجود فرق في السعر:
• يتم دفع الفرق إذا كان سعر المنتج الجديد أعلى.
• يتم رد الفرق إذا كان سعر المنتج الجديد أقل.

:سياسة الاسترداد

• يتم معالجة طلب الاسترداد خلال 7 إلى 10 أيام عمل من تاريخ استلام المنتج وفحصه والتأكد من مطابقته لشروط الاسترجاع.
• يتم رد المبلغ عبر نفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة عند الشراء، ولا يمكن تغييره إلى وسيلة أخرى

EXCHANGE POLICY

• Exchange is allowed only once per order.
• In case of a price difference:
• The difference must be paid,

• The difference will be refunded, depending on the situation.

refund policy:

•Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
•The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
